The Young Lawyer Division is excited to announce a  Seminar focused on the ins and outs of motion practice.  Join us to learn the essentials of drafting, filing, responding and arguing motions in Superior Court.  Our Seminar will include specific requirements for Civil, Family, Criminal and Chancery Divisions.  Our Panel of experienced practitioners will discuss relevant Court rules, how to solve common issues, and practice tips!  This event is perfect for young associates, and also offers an opportunity for seasoned practitioners to brush up on motion practice basics, as well as the new requirements for electronic filing.
