We're very excited to announce our next Pop Up Dinner at our UTC, Apollonia Bistro! Please join us for an exciting evening featuring the award winning wines from Napa Valley. Pine Ridge consistently receives high praise & accolades and we're going to show you why! We've got a wonderful line up planned for the evening, including a couple selections from sister winery Forefront, and the latest vintage of the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon! Each wine will be paired with its own wine inspired, dinner course, created and prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Christina Riley will be joining us from the winery to pour and chat about these exceptional wines. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food & great winery stories!
