Please join us for an evening of fantastic wines from Miner, including The Oracle!

Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her Normal Heights pop-up location, Proprietor's Reserve Wine Bar, for a wonderful evening of wines from Miner Winery! Focusing on classic Napa Valley varietals, Miner crafts boutique high scoring wines. We'll be pouring five wines that you won't want to miss, including the flag ship wine The Oracle. Miner Winemaker Stacy Vogel and Sales Manager Jenn Rossi will be joining us to discuss these consistent 90+ point wines and rich history. Chef Erin will be crafting a menu to highlight each wine. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights. Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine.
