Please join us for an evening focused on historic award winning wines!


Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her Shelter Island location, The Wine Pub, for an evening featuring wines from Sonoma's Seghesio Family Vineyards! Winery representative and crowd favorite, Bryan Rollins will be joining us for the evening to pour these award-winning wines. You won't want to miss this special evening, especially if you're a zinfandel fan! Chef Erin will craft a 5 course menu, focused specifically around each wine. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Bryan and Erin. Seating for this event is extremely limited, please register asap, using the link below!

Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, attendees will be delighted with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food & educational insights! Please see below for additional dinner details and a registration link.

* Please note, this dinner will take place on the heated patio, attached to The Wine Pub. In the unlikely event of inclement weather, the dinner will be moved into the cafe next door to The Wine Pub. Though the patio is heated, we recommend guests bring a light jacket/sweater.
