Join us for an evening of fantastic Italian wines!

 

Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her residency location, KnB Bistro La Jolla. We have a wonderful evening of Italian wines planned. We'll be featuring a vast selection of Italian varietal from different regions of Italy and culminating with a Barolo and an Amarone. Italian specialist, Alice Dal Moro will be joining us for the evening to discuss the selection and share her vast knowledge on the wineries, region and everything Italian. Chef Erin will be crafting an exciting menu, each course created specifically for each wine, that will continue the Italian theme for the night. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Alice & Erin. Each selection will be paired with its own spirit inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each selection is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each selection. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food, wine and spirits, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food & educational insights!

*Please note that the majority of seating for this event is upstairs in the wine cellar/loft are. The only way to access this area is via stairs. Please be sure to note in the special requests section at registration if you require seating in the downstairs area of the venue.
