Our Final Indoor Dinner

4-Course Wine Pairing with Chef Erin Sealy @ KnB Bistro in La Jolla

It's been a roller coaster of a month. After re-opening October 4th, after 7 very long months, we will once again be forced to close on Saturday. It is unlikely that we will be able to re-open the space after this. Though this is an incredibly disappointing realization, Chef Erin is hoping to pull off one last night of wine, food and friendship. Expect a great night of wine, paired courses and conversation. We are offering two seating times 6pm and 7:30pm, both seatings will feature the same menu. (As of 11/11, the 7:30pm seating is sold out). Seating for this event is extremely limited, please register asap, using the link below!

Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired pairing, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each selection is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each selection. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food, wine and spirits, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food & educational insights!

*Please note that most, if not all (depending on the number of people registered) seating for this event will utilize space upstairs, in the wine cellar/loft area. The only way to access the loft area is via stairs. Please be sure to note in the special requests section at registration if you require seating in the downstairs/bistro.

4-Course Wine Pairing $80/person (Excludes Tax & 18% Gratuity)

There is a 48-hour full-refund policy. We apologize that cancellations within 48 hours of the event cannot be refunded.

 

Please review our COVID-19 modified policies: All guests are required to answer COVID-19 screening questions during registration. Masks are required to enter the bistro and are required at all times unless seated at your table. In addition to operating at 25% capacity or less, all seating areas will maintain at a distance of at least 6 feet separation. Additional cleaning and sanitizing is in place in common areas and in the kitchen.
