First Tuesday January 7^th: Dr. Ben Stewart: Climate Crisis, Church Liturgy and Theology

Benjamin M. Stewart is Gordon A. Braatz Associate Professor of Worship and Director of Advanced Studies at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. Dr. Stewart's research is especially focused on connections between ecology and ritual. He is the author of A Watered Garden: Christian Worship and Earth’s Ecology and is currently writing a liturgical theology of natural burial. Ben will lead the morning workshop and share a taste his liturgical work at the noon Eucharist. The Diocesan Climate Justice Group will be meet after First Tuesday following lunch. All are welcome to join!
