Prices do not include transportation.

** Late applications will be accepted if there is still room in housing. Please make sure there is room with your chapter's transportation before signing up after the late deadline.

Cancellation Policy

Before or on April 30, $36 is retained.

On May 1 through May 20, $100 is retained

On May 21 through May 30, $225 is retained

On and after May 31, No Refund.

Get excited for SWUSY's 63rd Annual Regional Convention in Austin, Texas!

Regionals is open to all SWUSYites - from current 8th graders to graduating seniors!

SWUSY Regionals is going where no USY region has gone before... to college! Join us on the University of Texas Campus for SWUSY University! We'll be sleeping at the University Towers Dorm, and programming will be held at Towers, Texas Hillel, and around Austin. Regionals will be filled with new and old friends, lots of fun, and a chance to experience the University of Texas! Programming and activities to look forward to include:

Mixers to meet new people!
Elections!
Senior Speeches!
A trip to Barton Springs and shopping on the Austin Drag!
Social Action and Israel Programming!
Fancy Banquet and Dance Party!
Free Time around Towers, Hillel, and UT Campus!
Chapter Awards
Creative Services
An Official University of Texas Campus Tour (optional)
Junior and Senior programming with Jewish Fraternaties & Sororities (high school appropriate!)

Online Registration Instructions:

After reading these intructions, click the Register Now button to begin.
Fill out the forms on the next page. You'll have the option to pay by credit card or check (made to SWUSY).
If you are expecting to receive scholarship from SWUSY or your chapter, please pay a $100 deposit at this time. If not, you should pay the whole amount.
**** FWUSY should choose the FWUSY payment amount and to pay by check. Then you should pay the amount to your chapter ****
Within 24 hours of filling out the form you'll receive an email with the Consent Form, Code of Conduct, and request for Insurance Card scan. These items must be remitted for your application to be complete. You can also download them at http://www.swusy.org/events/.

* We understand that early June is a busy time of the year. While it is our preference that all attendees are present at the entire convention, we are happy to work with you if you have conflicts such as graduation or camp. If you have a conflict and must arrive late or leave early from convention, you must get it approved by both your Chapter Youth Advisor and Regional Director no later than May 20th.

** Transportation is not included in the cost. Travel information will come from your Chapter Youth Advisor.

*** All participants must be paid members of USY for the 2012-2013 program year. Please be in touch with your chapter advisor to become a member.
