BioMarine 2016 registration includes:

- Welcome Reception on Oct 19th at Oslo City Hall

- Networking Reception on Oct 20th at the Akershus Fortress

- Closing Cocktail & Draw for 2 free passes for BioMarine 2017

- Conference Final Program

Registration and access to the 1 to 1 meetings will be validated upon full payment of fees. The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before said deadline. If your payment is not received before the deadline, the late registration fee will automatically be charged.

• All payments are to be made  in Euros
• One week prior event,  only payments by credit card will be accepted.
• Online Payment via PayPal, using credit cards Visa, MasterCard or American Express only.
• The invoice is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline.
• We reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations fees after 28 days. Participants who wish to re-register may be subject to additional fees.
• All Credit Card transactions will be charged in EURO using the official PayPal rate, which may differ from the exchange rates used by credit card companies. When you choose to pay by credit card you accept these terms and conditions.
• FINAL INVOICE / OFFICIAL INVOICE showing VAT in NOK will be sent to delegates AFTER THE CONVENTION and via email only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: In order to receive a refund (minus a $ 300 processing fee), cancellations must be submitted by email at veronique.erwes@biomarine.org no later than August 21st 2016. After August 21st 2016, registration fees are nonrefundable; however, you may send a replacement from your company at no additional charge. For questions, please email veronique.erwes@biomarine.org before completing your registration. In case of a no-show, registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after the BioMarine Business Convention.

Cancellation at the request of the organizers: By unilateral written notice, for whatever reason whatsoever, except in the case of “Force Majeure” as defined in commonly used insurance policy. Reimbursement of all sums paid: In case of cancellation at the request of the organizers, the Sponsor or attendee will not be eligible for any indemnity or compensation whatsoever beyond the reimbursement of all sums paid, regardless of the timing and rationale of the unilateral decision.

Recording and Image Waiver: BioMarine  Organization Ltd reserves the right to broadcast and transmit recorded content via TV, Satellite, Cable, Internet, and any other means of distribution. BioMarine  Organization Ltd also reserves the right to capture photographic images during the event and use them for promotional purposes. By entering you agree to be filmed, photographed and recorded. You also agree that all material captured by BioMarine  Organization Ltd may be used by BioMarine  Organization Ltd and its partners for promotional purposes, worldwide.
