Time Management for Entrepreneurs & Business Owners 

If time management is an area of your life that you feel needs improvement then this program is for you. Whether you own a business, are thinking about starting a new business or are in a position of management or similar responsibility within a company or organization, this workshop will help you learn techniques so you can become more efficient.

This workshop was created by SCORE Business Mentor Gregory Paley who helps founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners develop financial, operational and strategic plans to start, to manage, and to grow their businesses.

In this workshop we will show the ways your company or business idea can benefit when you get and stay organized.  Each participant will be provided with multiple opportunities to examine their "typical work day" and learn how to create and implement effective techniques to grow their company faster or be more efficient during their workday. 

We will discuss methods of:

 • Creating schedules,

• Developing and integrating plans into current business operations or future projects,

• Addressing the changing needs of your business, and

• Implementing productivity strategies and techniques.

 This is an interactive workshop so all attendees will be encouraged to participate and to collaborate with others throughout the session.  During this workshop you will also have the opportunity to meet and network with other local entrepreneurs and business people and upon completion will have the opportunity to have access with a SCORE business mentor for the life of your business- for free!
