Building a Business Plan 

The flagship workshop is coordinated by Jerry Zyskowski.  Over the last 20 years, Jerry has helped numerous businesses get started and/or improve their current business operations.  Learn proven techniques to plan for higher sales, profits and cash flow. Learn how experts avoid the pitfalls that cause many new businesses to fall.

This workshop explains the process of creating an effective business plan from validating your idea with market research, through identifying and reaching your customers, to figuring out the details of delivering your product or service. You will learn how to create meaningful financial projections to manage your business or raise funds. This workshop is suitable for everyone whether you are starting a new business from scratch or need to update an existing business plan. This is an interactive workshop. We encourage participation by all attendees -- so bring alnog your questions and concerns. You'll get to meet and network with other local entrepreneurs.  This workshop comes with an opportunity to have your very own SCORE counselor to work with in the development of your business plan, at no cost.

A gourmet box lunch is included in the cost of this workshop.
