Are You Ready to be an Entrepreneur?

Thinking about starting your own business? Do you have the traits to be a successful entrepreneur? Does your business model make sense and is it going to be profitable?

This workshop will provide you with two tools for the price of one! You’ll have the opportunity to test yourself prior to the workshop to compare your skills and traits against those of successful entrepreneurs.  You will also learn to use the Lean Canvas as a tool to create and evaluate your business model.

Topics we will cover:

In this workshop, we will review the 12 behavioral traits that are important for entrepreneurs. You’ll see which traits are strongest for you and how you can compensate for those that might not be as strong.  We’ll help you discover your personal style, predicted satisfaction and your predicted financial success score.

Lean Canvas is an adaptation of Business Model Canvas, adapted to create the spirit of the Lean Startup (Fast, Concise and Effective startup).  Lean Canvas promises an actionable and entrepreneur-focused business plan. It focuses on problems, solutions, key metrics and competitive advantages.

Comparing the assessment results with the requirements of your business model will help you determine if you have the necessary business strengths and characteristics to successfully implement your plan.
