We will start by coaching you though choosing the correct business entity including Sole Proprietorship's, Partnerships, LLCs, and simple Corporations. We will focus on types entities because these are the types our SCORE mentors typically help their clients with. Unfortunately, because time is brief will not be able to cover more involved entities like Limited Partnership, Professional LLCs and complex Corporations which typically require attorney or CPS support.
To complete this fast paced hour we will then step you through forming your business with the Secretary of State, getting A Federal Tax ID, and then getting your State of Washington and local business license.
