About our presenter, Sue A. Rector - CFRE

Assistant Vice President for Development, Augustana College

Sue earned a degree in elementary education and uses those educator skills throughout her career.  She has been with Augustana College for 34 years and has worked in all aspects of Advancement including alumni relations, annual giving, corporate relations, stewardship and donor relations, grants and contracts administration.  She currently works with major donors, legacy giving, and reunion class giving.

Sue is a charter member of the Quad Cities AFP Chapter, Former Board member and President, she coordinates the Quad Cities Introductory Mentoring class series as well as teaching an Advanced level Annual Giving course.  Sue greatly enjoys serving as a mentor for a number of new fund raising professionals and summer interns.  She also volunteers in a wide variety of organizations and capacities throughout the Quad Cities.
