What the research says and you can use!
We have all heard of Boomers, Gen X, and Millennials, but now there is a new generation on the scene: Gen Z.
We will discuss how these generations represent four, repeating, archetypes identified in generational research. The four archetypes have been seen before in history and allow the prediction of behaviors by generational cohort.
We will cover cross-generation dynamics and dive into how to work with people across generational lines. You will learn how current media pronouncements and the generational research do not align. There will be time to discuss your questions and any particular issues.
