Injury Prevention Seminar

Have you ever wondered if there is a way to prevent injuries, especially for pitchers? While there is no way to entirely prevent injuries, there are steps you can take to minimize your risk. Whether you are 8 years old or playing in high school, this clinic will teach you the latest information about:

decreasing your odds of an injury
injury warning signs
treatment
proper training techniques
injury prevention exercises

This is a one day clinic taught by Scott Mitchell, MS, ATC and Tim Shanor, MSPT, CSCS, OCS. and is geared towards the parents and players. There is no cost for this clinic but due to the limited number of spaces available, please do not register unless you are committed to attending.
