In SCORE's continuing effort to support your business needs for the life of your business, we are offering this crucial workshop. Our "Starting Your Business" workshop is a suggested prerequisite to this workshop.
This cost effective, content rich workshop series is especially for new and existing small business owners who want to create a documented business plan to:
- Secure Funding and Investors. Your business plan will be required by most lending institutions.
- Establish Your Business Goals, Where do you want to be financially and when?
- Define your Product or Service, establish Pricing and Plan your Promotions
- Manage your Business. Compare your actual performance to your forecasted Business Plan. This will help you to understand the good and bad of your business' performance
