In SCORE's continuing effort to support your business needs for the life of your business, we are offering this crucial workshop. Our "Starting Your Business" workshop is a suggested prerequisite to this workshop.

This cost effective, content rich workshop series is especially for new and existing small business owners who want to create a documented business plan to:   

 

  • Secure Funding and Investors.  Your business plan will be required by most lending institutions.
  • Establish Your Business Goals, When do you want to be financially successful? What are the benchmarks along the way?
  • Define your Product or Service, establish Pricing and Plan your Marketing Strategy and Advertising Promotions.
  • Learn to use SCORE' Financial Projections Template then you can;
  • Manage your Business. Compare your actual performance to your forecasted Business Plan.  This will help you to understand the good and bad of your business' performance
