Heather has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, the last 8 as an Executive Chef running restaurants, she can help small lodging and restaurant businesses grow their marketing, streamline their operations, enhance their customer service and boost revenue.
In 2003 she started her own business working with bed & breakfasts, restaurants and other small businesses doing graphic design, social media, computer and social media instruction, and hospitality consulting. Currently she focuses on teaching digital marketing and social media, and Is a keynote and educational speaker at conferences and association events around the country.
