Heather has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, the last 8 as an Executive Chef running restaurants, she can help small lodging and restaurant businesses grow their marketing, streamline their operations, enhance their customer service and boost revenue.
In 2003 she started her own business working with bed & breakfasts, restaurants and other small businesses doing graphic design, social media, computer and social media instruction, and hospitality consulting. Currently she focuses on teaching digital marketing and social media, and Is a keynote and educational speaker at conferences and association events around the country.
We are always looking for new SCORE volunteers willing to share their time and experience with new and established entrepreneurs so our business communities can thrive and grow.

Ad Design
Learn what makes a great ad, both online and offline. We will go over crafting the perfect hook, tracking revenue, where to source images legally and what colors and fonts to use as well as ones to stay away from. We will also review the free online options you can use for ad design if you do not have access to a professional design program. We will also touch on Copyright and review ads for pros and cons and go over how to make ads better and more relevent to your market.
