We will be discussing some of the essential parts of having a good website and what goes into the elements of one. We will also be going over things like the importance of content and good copy, on page and off page SEO (Search Engine Optimization), what makes a good visual and why to use them, the importance of CTAs (Calls to Action) as well as tying into using your social media to send traffic to your website and help convert to a sale.. 

Heather Turner has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, the last 8 as an Executive Chef running restaurants.and has her own business working with bed & breakfasts, restaurants and other small businesses doing graphic design, social media, computer and social media instruction, and hospitality consulting. Currently she teaches digital marketing and social media, and is a keynote and educational speaker at conferences and association events around the country.
