Sarah A. Scala provides organization and leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, change management, public speaking facilitation, and team development solutions. She supports US-based and global clients across cultures, generations, geographies, and diverse industries.

She has extensive experience working with organizations that strive to balance excellent performance for their owners, employees, and their communities. She holds a Masters in Organization Development and Adult Education, as well as Bachelors degrees in Business Management and Adventure Recreation. Sustaining Entrepreneurial Success with Optimism, Resilience, and Grit

This interactive workshop focuses on entrepreneurial leadership development through optimism, resilience, and grit. Through group and partner discussions, we will explore ways to strengthen or teach others optimism, resilience, and grit. You will learn how to strengthen and develop Optimism. We will also explore ways to build Resilience as a competency to overcome change and challenges. The workshop will end with ways to strengthen GRIT as a competency that differentiates exceptional performers from good performers, which impacts business results.


Learning Objectives:
  • Strengthen resilience and optimism for managing and overcoming challenges in the workplace.
  • Strengthen self awareness.
  •  Use ways to build grit in self and teams you lead.
