4. SOULfusionEquipment needed- mat and light weights if availableThink PiYo and Yoga Sculpt had a baby. We move to the beat and utilize our body weight (and for a couple sections our weights-optional) to lengthen, strengthen, and improve our mind-body connection. And yes, there's a little bit of cardio! Wear your shoes for this since we'll be on a hard surface.
