Chicken Piccata - Seared chicken, mushrooms, capers, roasted shallots, roasted garlic, white wine, lemon, butter, vegetable medley, and basmati rice

Boneless Short Rib - Braised short rib, served with dried cherry demi-glace and crispy fried onions, whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus with roasted red peppers

Roasted Salmon - Fennel seared and roasted salmon in heirloom tomato and cucumber relish. Steamed green beans and basmati rice

Vegetarian Meal - Vegan bowl, forbidden rice, grilled asparagus, roasted creminis, baby heirloom tomatoes, arugula, citrus vinaigrette
