Guest Speaker Fatimah Mateen (above), is a Cultural Educator and African Dance Performer with over 35 years experience. She is also the founder of the Rhythms & Rituals movement model, and owner of Integrity Solutions cultural products.
You are cordially invited to join AARTH and our guest speaker Fatimah Mateen, to our healing the body online workshop series.

Fatimah will cover topics such as: tapping into ancestral healing through African dance, celebrating ourselves as an essential part of self-care, and much more.

Dance nuances shared from ancient African and contempory  movement  and how to gather abundance by releasing the generational pain in our bodies and spirits!

This is our time to believe in the richness of creation, ground in home in mother earth and return to our bodies from "heart trauma" while resetting patterns for our future generations.

This medium impact movement and discussion will jump start the year with affirmations, stretches and historical movements thats imprinted in our muscle memory.

**Attendees will have the chance to receive an AARTH thank you bag (including fresh groceries courtesy of Emergency Feeding Program and/or a gift card).**

We look forward to seeing you there! Click on the link below to register.
