Full Day FAO Workshop - CCO Conference
During the 2019 CCO Conference, we're holding an all-day workshop specially designed for your FA team, and at a low cost exclusively for Financial Aid Administrators!
About the Session:
FAs are the life-blood of any successful campus. When they process efficiently and with a high degree of proficiency, their hard work has an immense and immediate effect on your college, from the students now sitting in class to the institution's financial well-being.
Join our CCO Financial Aid Office team, lead by its manager Jodie Cole, as they exude their over 50 years of Financial Aid knowledge and expertise.
In the morning:
Our senior staff will deliver an informational session on the common issues FAs experience in the OSAP process and challenges that lead to unnecessary delays for students seeking funding.
Topics will include:
- Students uploading documentation
- Incomplete files
- Bankruptcy
- Residency
- Restrictions
- Reviews
- Estimated income for spouse or parent
- Joint custody
- Adjust local travel
- Adjust living allowance
In the afternoon:
We will host an open forum and an opportunity for campus FAs to participate in a face-to-face with CCO FAO processors.
The tabled session is an invitation to meet your campus' processing team and hold a comprehensive and productive discussion on the OSAP process tailored to your campus.
