Greetings in the name of Jesus, Lord of the Church!

This is important information relating to the Annual Fall Meeting of the Eastern Regional Association. This gathering is a highlight for many, bringing nearly 200 pastors and church leaders together for a time of fellowship, inspiration and challenge.  I am excited about our program and the opportunity to share the vision and direction God is leading us for the future.  Please read the following information carefully.

Date:       October 18, 2014

Location:  State Street Church, 634 State Street, Portsmouth, NH  03801

Networking & Displays: Our vendors will have their information and displays available during the day.

Downloadable Reports: To help defray costs, all report will be available on the Eastern Regional website for you to print and review before the Convention.  (www.aceasternregion.org).  For those without computer access, please indicate on your Registration Form is you need a copy of the reports.  These will be available after October 15, 2014

Registration Fee: $20.00 (Includes Program, Morning Refreshments, and Lunch)

You should get your Registration fee to the Eastern Regional Association Office soon after receiving this form.  Everyone, including visitors, is expected to complete the registration form and pay the $20.00 Registration Fee.  Register on-line or by mailing to Eastern Regional Association, PO Box 1913, Rochester, NH  03867.

Delegate Representation:  Every delegate must be a member in good standing of an Advent Christian Church.)

Church  - 1 delegate vote, plus 1 delegate vote for each 30 members or major fraction. 

(The Church may want to appoint a delegate other than the pastor since the pastor is automatically a delegate by virtue of his position

Conference - 4 delegate votes

 Affiliated Advent Christian Organization – 1 delegate vote

 Associate Member Organization – 1 delegate vote

 Ordained Minister and/or Credentialed Pastor serving Church – 1 delegate vote

A Convention mailing will also be sent by regular mail with this same information.  Convention Registration may also be done by paper registration received through this mailing.
