Inpatient Quit System:
Keys to a Successful Inpatient Screening and Tobacco Treatment Protocol

If you are interested in enhancing your efforts to support all tobacco-using patients quit the use of tobacco, the Inpatient Quit System (IQS) web-based tool can help you. Learn more about the IQS, an online solution for healthcare organizations to assess, enhance, and evaluate their policies and protocols used to treat tobacco-using patients.

Ana Mola, Program Director at the Joan and Joel Smilow Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Prevention Center of NYU Langone Medical Center, will discuss how NYU has used IQS, as well as the changes they have made to increase screening, identification and follow-up of identified tobacco users.

During this webinar we will also demonstrate the IQS showing sample questions, high-level recommendations reports, in-depth action plans, and review a few tools and resources available in the IQS toolbox. The IQS is aligned with Meaningful Use.
