Buying or Selling a business is a major decision and needs appropriate preparations and due diligence. It can take up to 2 years to make the right decision.
In this workshop we will answer to the following questions:

• What do I need to do?
• What do I have to look at?
• How can I be sure this is the right decision?
• What is the right valuation?
• How to deal with the broker?
About the Presenter:
Marc Pakbaz
Marc is a serial entrepreneur and a business mentor with an abundance of international experience. He owned and sold 2 companies. In his 30 year career he has helped more than 200 entrepreneurs buy, start, grow and sell their companies. He is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer. Recently, he served as Guest speaker at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and California State University, Fullerton.
