The Patcong Creek Cleanup & Picnic - May 19th, 2019
Join us for our annual Patcong Creek Cleanup and Picnic as we clean the local watershed first, and then enjoy camaraderie and food. Many hands make light work! Gloves, pickers, trash bags provided by the ACUA at Linwood Public works on Hamilton Ave.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
As a participant (Releasing Party), I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive, relinquish, discharge from liability and covenant not to sue Organizers and Participants, or other participants in the Event, and their successors, predecessors-in-interest, and insurers (collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, rights, actions, suits, causes of action, obligations, debts, costs, losses, charges, expenses, attorneys’ fees, damages, judgments and liabilities, of whatever kind or nature, in law, equity or otherwise, whether now known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, and whether or not concealed or hidden, related to or arising, directly or indirectly, from my or the Child’s participation in the Event or from any and all acts or omissions of Organizers and Participants or of any of the Releasees, including without limitation any claim for negligence, failure to warn or other omission, property damage, personal injury, emotional injury, illness, bodily harm or death. In the event that any claim released herein is brought by, or asserted on behalf of, me or the Child, I shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees, and any of them, from any loss or liability, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, associated therewith or arising therefrom. Furthermore, the Releasing Parties hereby agree to defend and indemnify, at their sole cost, the Organizers and Participants from any and all claims, demands, suits and any claims of any description whatsoever arising from, or related to, any injury or damages of any description whatsoever arising from, or related to, any act or omission of the Releasing Parties or any person or entity acting by, through or in concert with the Releasing Parties.
