How to Stay Afloat When Problems Arise

If you're a small-business owner, you're by definition a risk-taker. The danger, however, of being comfortable with taking leaps of faith is that you can sometimes overlook smart and simple ways to minimize the damage if your leap ends in a fall.

This workshop will give you concrete steps to minimize risks that you know about and, importantly, risks that you might not know about. A team of risk management professionals will guide you through key ways to protect your business.

Topics to be covered will include effective cash management, negotiating contracts, insurance, negotiating a real estate lease.

Concurrently he has brought the same tools and techniques to the nonprofit sector as board member, acting CFO, and member of executive management (declined CEO positions).
