Who should attend?
Small business executives new to QuickBooks, who want to structure and streamline their accounting and financial functions.

Please note those working on a desktop loaded with QuickBooks for Windows can take the QuickBooks Introduction (QuickBooks for Windows) workshop for the same content in a Windows environment.

Overview

Running a successful business requires the careful recording of income and expenses.

However, most small business owners don't have formal accounting training. QuickBooks, the world's most popular accounting software geared to small businesses, can help.

At the end of this hands-on workshop, you will be able to:

Invoice customers
Formulate an up to date balance sheet
Maintain your general ledger
Record customer payments
Pay your bills
Track money due you
Manage inventory
Analyze your financial situation
Keep a check register

This workshop will focus on QuickBooks online using any computer on the Cloud. Those using QuickBooks for Windows should enroll in the QuickBooks for Windows Desktop workshop instead.

After the workshop, schedule a free follow up discussion with a SCORE NYC Mentor to get you started.

The instructor will be an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor Consultant and Trainer with Presti & Naegele.

Workshop Fees:
Online registration $59, walk-ins $69
It would be best to register online as workstations are limited.

There is a $10 discount on all Student and SEAP registrations
(valid ID must be presented at the door; bring SEAP form to workshop).

There will be no refunds for this workshop unless SCORE NYC cancels it.
