Update: PPP Forgiveness and Tax Implications of PPP and EIDL - 05/26/2020 - C1000

In the midst of the COVID-19 situation, do you find it hard to keep up with the latest Stimulus financing that can help you fund your small business? So many legislative and legal updates can be hard to track. This webinar can help you sort out the latest federal loan programs and how they can impact your business with an expert who can provide the answers.

As part of its support of the small business community, SCORENYC is offering a 1 ½ hour webinar on the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan small business programs. Jim Alles, SCORE NYC mentor, will host and Andy Presti, Senior Partner at Presti & Naegele, a prominent NYC accounting firm, will provide information on the requirements and application process for these programs.

Topics include the loan process and application criteria for both programs, how to apply and qualify for PPP loan forgiveness, how to prepare documentation for your PPP bank, how to manage your next 6 months cash flow, other Stimulus legislation opportunities and the impact of COVID-19 on tax laws. Q and A will help you hone in on the questions of greatest concern to you and your business.
