Selling 101: Creating an Effective Sales Pitch - 03/23/2021 - C1000

sales wkshop

Duration:  2 hours

Webinar Overview

Do you find it difficult to sell? Just don’t like doing it?  Especially in a small business, selling is everybody’s job.  The good news is that Selling isn’t magic.  It’s a set of skills or behaviors that can be learned and practiced.  This webinar will help you do just that.

Led by a seasoned sales consultant and SCORE NYC mentor, this session will focus on steps of the needs-centered selling process. It will offer members of the audience the opportunity to practice those skills in front of an audience of your peers and the instructor, who will give useful feedback on your ability to incorporate them into your selling approach.

What You Will Learn
At the end of this webinar, you will have the knowledge and resources to:

  • Incorporate a needs-centered sales approach into your everyday sales interactions
  • Distinguish between features and benefits
  • Structure the Sales Presentation to differentiate your product/service from the competition
  • Uncover needs by probing
  • Summarize satisfied needs, handle objectives and close
