CAAs in Massachusetts have begun developing their Community Needs Assessment Reports and Strategic Plans. Boards of Directors play an integral role in the strategic planning process. This pre-recorded presentation is two half-hour segments that provide information about the CSBG requirements of Boards in the strategic planning process with examples of best practices from CAAs and other nonprofit organizations. This presentation is intended for Board members and CAA senior staff and can be used at Board meetings as a training activity.
