Using Creativity and Self-Awareness for Effective Team Leadership

Cost: (Includes lunch) $100 for staff of Community Action Agencies; $110 for non-CAA staff

Target Audience: Managers/Supervisors and their staff

Skills development for team leadership can be intrapersonal (self-control, trustworthiness, adaptability) and interpersonal (collaborative, building bonds, conflict management). In a judgement-free zone where no one gets to be wrong, you and/or your team will experiment with different team leadership roles and create new ideas for your challenges in the human services workplace.

Using Don Miguel Ruiz’s best-selling book The Four Agreements as a framework, participants of this workshop will be able to:

  • Heighten their self-awareness, relationship building and group responsibility abilities
  • Open new doors to communication through embodiment of the Four Agreements
  • Learn how to use “play” for effective team leadership
