NCCDP staff presents the Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care curriculum, review of handouts, notebook, Resources and CDP Application and resources.

Individuals who arrive late or leave early will not receive a certificate of completion.

Registration fee includes notebook, continental breakfast and lunch.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by October 13, 2107 the fee is $75.00. Cancellation after October 14, 2107 you will be refunded half your registration fee.


Continuing Education:

INHA will apply for 8 continuing education hours for Nursing Home Administrators. All participants who complete the full 8 hours of the NCCDP dementia session will receive a certificate of completion verifying their continuing education hours.

This is the required seminar for those pursuing CDP certification and who qualify through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. To see if you qualify go to www.nccdp.org or just come to the educational program provided by the Independent Nursing Home Association. You will be provided a CDP application in class and will have 30 days to submit your CDP application. INHA Attendees are provided a discount. The regular rate is $100.00 but those in attendance will be provided a discount and the fee will be $25.00 as long as the CDP application is sent to NCCDP within 30 days of the seminar.
