This workshop will include a cord cutting ceremony, as well as teaching you techniques that you can use at home. During the class you will have the opportunity to detach from one person in your past. You will also disconnect limiting ways of thinking and feeling at each chakra level, and integrate new and positive beliefs using an affirmation exercise.
