First Session: 
Whether you have a retail shop, provide a specialized service, B2B, or have a nonprofit in need of outreach, this workshop will provide simple, practical tips for closing out 2014 on a high note. 

Participants will learn:
- Which promotions and special offers work for your business right now
- Best ways to drive response from your emails and social posts
- How to create and manage a campaign for the holidays (it’s easier than you might think!)

Second Session: 
In this session you will learn about how to use simple items like cards, gifts and special offers to build loyalty with the customers you've worked so hard to acquire. And since you have built a great team of employees
and suppliers, we'll talk about some of the ways you can strengthen your relationship with them as well.

We'll cover:
- Identifying the clients who will increase referrals and word of mouth recommendations
- Selecting budget-friendly items that have a high perceived value and reinforce your brand message
- Integrating gratitude into your business processes to turn customers into raving fans 

This workshop will walk you through the steps to identifying materials that will help your brand personality resonate with your customers. You will come away with a better understanding of the opportunities you
may be missing when you don't make the extra effort to connect with them.  You will also learn of action
steps you can take now to start implementing your ideas today.
