Botox & Filler Model Patients

Thank you for supporting our students as a model patient!

Model Pricing: 

$9/unit Botox

$375/syringe filler 

$75 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration and is applied to your services.  

Once we receive your registration, we will email you a consent form for both Botox and filler treatment (pleaese complete both) and will coordinate a time that will accomodate your schedule between 9 am and 5 pm.
