Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Level 2 at Berkeley Public Health (Spring 2019)

This MU Extension strength-training program is for adults who want to challenge themselves a bit more! This class is only open to employees of St. Louis County Government. This class runs from March 11 through May 6. There will be no class on March 18.
