Shared cabins are triple occupancy. Rooms have twin-beds with linen and towels provided. Cabin is heated & air conditioned and has electricity. Bathroom with shower is a one-minute walk from cabin. Lunches, Saturday dinner and breakfast on Sunday included with overnight stay.

Sandra Shackelford spent a decade working for civil and human rights in the Mississippi Delta town of Greenwood during the 1950's and sixties. She is a professional writer, documentary artist, instructor and oral historian. As Writing Circle facilitator, she encourages the creative process in people who come together drawing each out as they begin or continue to tell the stories of their lives.
A former journalist and accomplished professional artist, Sandra has taught at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Saint Norbert College, Aldo Leopold Community School and was a writing specialist at the College of Menominee Nation.
