The Law Firm of Charles Vega, P. A. is sponsoring in cooperation with the Daytona Beach Police Department; a FREE  Simple Self Defense for Women® Workshop at The Daytona Beach Police Department; for women and children ages 9 to 91 as a community service to you. This is a fun, and empowering program. Women love what we do! 

We teach women and children how to prevent, avoid and ESCAPE an attack, threat or
abduction. 

Simple Self Defense for Women® workshop takes a very unique approach to self-defense. It is designed specifically for women who want to know How to Simply Escape an Attack, NOT Stay and Fight. Whatever you’re thinking about self-defense or personal safety this is NOT it!

No Punching, No Kicking, You will NOT be thrown around, You do NOT take your shoes off, NO Follow-up classes.

As part of our "Pay it Forward" Attitude, we are asking, but it is  totally voluntary that workshop participants bring donation items for animals without a forever home.

• We start promptly at 6:00PM
  

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes early 

• Space is limited. Registration is simple and highly recommended. One registration per adult 

• Security products, including pepper spray and DVD's will be available for sale

•  Under 18 Years old MUST be accompanied by Parent or Guardian. Adults may register up to  3 female children (minimum age 9 years old)
