The vacation starts with a picnic at a nearby park at noon on Thursday, June 18 and ends in the afternoon of Sunday, June 21.
Please call directly T Bar M to book a room for your family (there are four king bed rooms and several double queen bed rooms). If you are single and plan to share the room with somebody else, please contact your friends directly to organize it; if you don't know who is available to share a room, you can ask me to connect you with somebody else looking for a/some roommate(s).
The cost of the room is $520 for three nights. Please request one of the rooms under the name of "Communion and Liberation"
We need to pay the cost of the inside meals through the website. The costs per person (covering dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Sunday) are listed below:
Adult: $80
3-7 yo: $45
Infants under 3: $10
Everybody is responsible for their own sack lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The rooms provide a fridge where food can be stored.
The deadline to sign up is June 10.
