2 Day Current State Mapping Session
Business Process Mapping (BPM) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) are the tools of choice to determine where, and in what order changes need to be implemented. BPM and VSM are simple, yet effective way of visually depicting the current situation. These before maps depict both physical movement and information flow required to make things happen. Current State Mapping works by showing the actual state of processes rather than the theoretical one.
