2 Day Current State Mapping Session

Business Process Mapping (BPM) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) are the tools of choice to determine where, and in what order changes need to be implemented.  BPM and VSM are simple, yet effective way of visually depicting the current situation.  These before maps depict both physical movement and information flow required to make things happen. Current State Mapping works by showing the actual state of processes rather than the theoretical one.

Join us for our 2 day “Current State Mapping Session"  on May 6 and 20 from 8 am to 5 pm at Rex Moore Electrical Contractors located at 6001 Outfall Circle, Sacramento, California 95828.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • Regonize opportunities for improvements in the workplace
  • Identify major elements of a current state
  • Develop Current State Maps 
  • Identify Kaizen events
  • Link Wast to cost savings
