2017 Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network VOCA Grantee Training 

 

Registration for this training is free for Pennsylvanina Legal Aid Network program staff, Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence program staff, Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape program staff, and with approval, staff of other programs funded by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Deliquency.  Registration includes meals and training materials.  The cost for registration for attendees other than the above listed groups is $400.00.

CLE Credits

This two day training, June 7 & 8, 2017,  has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 8.0 hours of CLE credit substantive law, practice and procedure and up to 2.0 of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit.  

Hotel Accommodations

Overnight room accommodations will be available at the Crowne Plaza Harrisburg-Hershey at 23 South Second Street, Harrisburg, PA.  We strongly encourage people to double up in rooms.  If you need an overnight room please indicate what nights you will need on the registration form.  PLAN will make your reservation for you and send you your confirmation information for your stay.  

PLEASE NOTE:  The hotel will require a credit card from guests upon check-in to cover incidentals and other costs not billed to PLAN.  Some attendees will be exempt from this as notified by PLAN Staff to the Crowne Plaza prior to arrival.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Crowne Plaza Harrisburg-Hershey is a non-smoking hotel.

TRAVEL, HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, INCLUDING PARKING COSTS WILL BE PAID BY PLAN, INC. FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED ATTENDEE GROUPS.  PLAN, INC. MAY HAVE TO ESTABLISH LIMITS ON THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES WHO CAN BE OFFERED THIS ASSISTANCE, DEPENDING UPON RESPONSE.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a fee of $50 charged for all cancellations received after MAY 31.

You may be charged for the first night if reservations are not canceled within 24 hours prior to arrival.
