The Medical Roots Project is gearing up for another exciting season of Pop Up Clinics, where we go to the streets to teach basic skills that everyone should know to survive and thrive.  It is our goal that upon completion of the Pop Up Clinics, you will know how to use healing tools that are available to you (i.e know your roots) and how to get assistance when you need it (i.e. know your routes).

We need enthusiastic volunteers to join our effort.  We are always happy to have medical personnel with expertise in CPR, first aid and emergency preparedness but you do not need a medical background to help.  We need people for registration, plant talks, mapping exercises, fire safety discussions, blending smoothies and to give us time on the bike generator that runs our equipment.

With your help, we can build the Public Option for YOUniversal Health Care by teaching the Public their options for Self-care as Primary care. Access to health care will be universal when everyone knows how to provide the care they need--and does it!
