The Center for Case Management is pleased to announce the 2018 Case Management Leadership Intensive Workshop in Dallas, Texas.  Join our expert faculty in learning how to implement and sustain a continuously progressive care management program.  We will provide tools and strategies to develop a strategic design across the continuum of care that offers you the infrastructure for successful outcomes in your organization.

• Learn contemporary, best practices in case management and social work design that results in improved metrics and meeting organizational targets
• Finish the workshop with a customized, ready to implement plan for your specific organization and setting

Advanced registration is required (register before Oct 31).

• 1850.00 (2 or more) Registration must be from the same facility to honor the discounted rate

Fees are per registrant and includes a daily continental breakfast, breaks and lunch.

In the unlikely event we have to cancel the conference, refunds will be made in full. We are not responsible for any travel related fees.

Should you have to cancel your registration, we must have an email from you 10 days prior to the event (November 2), there will be a $75.00 administrative fee, cancellations received within 10 days of the event will not be refunded. To avoid that penalty, we encourage you to send someone in your place.
