Owl Prowl Wine and Dine

Celebrate winter in Vermont!

Explore the natural world as we hike the beautiful wooded trails at the VINS Nature Center and prowl for owls.  Find out “Hoo’s” out there making raucous noises in the nighttime forest and discover the secret life of New England's nocturnal residents. 

 Weather permitting, we will explore this wintry world on snowshoes. 

 VINS is delighted to be working with the Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm to provide you with an enjoyable evening complete with a delicious 3-course meal to end the evening.   

We encourage participants to bring a flashlight/headlamp and dress in layers. 

Reservations and pre-payment required as space is limited.  Please register by February 22, 2019.  Complimentary snowshoes available.  Please let us know your size at checkout.

Program Time:
5:30pm-7:00pm - Snowshoe the trails of the VINS Nature Center 

7:30pm-9:00pm - 3-course meal at The Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm 

Registration Fees:

$70  General public

$60  VINS Member

(Adults 21+ only please) 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are discouraged.  If, however, you must cancel your registration, please be aware of our refund policy.

Refunds are subject to a $10 non-refundable processing fee and will be given according to the following schedule:

If requested at least one week prior to the program date, you will receive a full refund (less a $10 processing fee).

If requested within one week of the program date, we are unable to refund your program fee.

VINS reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment.
