June 2018 Stated Meeting for Heartland Presbytery - Online Registration

Welcome to the online registration for the upcoming meeting of the presbytery.  By registering online, you save time at check-in, and there is no need to complete the handwritten "Attendance Form".  This also helps us in preparing for lunch, and in planning for snack breaks.  The online registration allows you to arrange for childcare at the meeting and gives the option for teaching elders (pastors) to submit their excused absences.

The June 5th Presbytery Meeting will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, in Atchison, Kansas (refer to event location at the left for address, map, and a link to access driving directions from your location.)

Check-in: 8:00am

Meeting begins: 9:00am

At this meeting:

  • Pick up your 2018-2019 Presbyterian Planning Calendar: if you pre-ordered your calendar it will be available on site for pick-up.  There will likely be some extras on hand for cash & carry, so if you didn't pre-order and you'd like to pick one up, use this 2018-2019 Planning Calendar Form and bring it with you.  Cost is $10.
  • Pick up your 2018-2019 Partnership of Prayer 

ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, MAY 28TH.  

If you miss the online registration deadline - that does not mean you cannot attend.  Those who decide to attend after May 28th will need to register AT the meeting.  Please complete the handwritten "Attendance Form" and bring it with you (preferred), or complete one upon arrival.

If you are planning to attend the meeting, click the "Register Now" button below, and complete the registration.  Here you will  not only register your attendance, but make a lunch reservation, list your dietary needs, and take care of child care.

If you would like to request an excused absence for this meeting, you may do so by completing the registration under "Register Now", and then selecting the option that indicates you are not able to attend.  This process automatically generates your excused absence.  You may also email stated clerk, Sally Hinchman, clerk@heartlandpby.org.
